Came here for lunch yesterday and was satisfied. The hostess was bright and happy. She let us choose our table and we waited for the server. The interior was modern rustic barn style with a bakery attached. The service was prompt and the menus were clean and easy to read. We ordered an old fashion, Cajun shrimp to start. Then steak & fries and a Philly cheese sandwich. Everything came out in a timely fashion although the steak was slightly undercooked it wasn't a problem because they took it back and off the check. We ordered a carrot cake that was massive and delicious. The hostess came back after to make sure we enjoyed ourselves and that everything was good. Lovely experience.

I've been wanting to go here for years and finally went today with my sister! Pros: -Country fried steak was DELICIOUS! So crispy, huge piece of meat, sausage gravy had lots of sausage pieces and was very flavorful -My sister said the burrito was flavorful and she liked the chipotle sauce it came with. -Service was very nice but minimal -The aesthetic was so cute and very clean. I loved all the fairy lights and flowers everywhere -Plenty of parking -Scan to mobile pay (they give you the receipt with a QR code and you mobile pay and tip online) Cons: -The wait was insanely long. We got put on the waitlist at 12:40 and didn't get texted for a table until 1:47. We didn't get our food until 2:30 or 2:40 (many other tables also waited a long time I noticed). On the bright side, their cafe is nearby (called Fika) and we went there to wait with some coffees and a slice of cake. It made the wait much more enjoyable that the cafe was there. To be fair, it was very busy and I saw the kitchen was working constantly. The place didn't die down until 2:30 or so. -My sister didn't like that the pico was on top of the burrito I would love to come back and try more items here

Farm 12 has a rustic vibe with the restaurant inside a remodeled and renovated barn house. There's quite a few parking options: parking lot, gravel lot, and on the street. When we came in, we got seated immediately. I've come for brunch before and that wasn't the case then but there is a nice online queue you could join. Service was quick and attentive. I ordered the Chef's BLT with their seafood chowder. The seafood chowder had good flavor and had good sized pieces of seafood. The BLT was well toasted, the well toasted that will scratch up the roof your mouth. I really liked it especially with the Swiss chard but had to take some of the tomatoes off. They described it as marinated and I found it to be more pickled. It was quite sour and overpowered the sandwich.

We had dinner at Farm 12 last night and really enjoyed the meal. We got there right at 5pm because they do not take reservations, you can add your name to the list though, and this place fills up fast! It's a good kind of noise inside when it's full. We got sat right away and started with the sweet potato hummus which we all really liked, the crunchy pepitas and fresh bell peppers were nice compliments to the picked red onions. We had the jalapeño ranch chicken sandwich which was great, the chicken was battered in a spicy batter and the crunchy coleslaw was a perfect combination. The braised short rib was so tender and the demi sauce with it was really intense with flavor and great with the garlic mashed potatoes. We ended with their coffee cocktail and foresters chocolate trifle with was light and chocolatey.

Super cute farm to table spot. Location is super cute and the parking is abundant and easy to find. Book your spot online, and it was a little difficult to navigate the website to get into the waitlist. In the summer the seating is abundant because of the outdoor seating. Food is a hit, or a huge miss. You're either wishing you ordered 3 more plates or taking your fork and playing with your food. It's a seasonal menu so that might play a huge factor
